Realize Partners runs this website. Questions about this policy or your data: info@realizationpartners.ai.
What we collect. This site has no accounts. You can read everything on it without giving us any information, with one exception: to watch a past training recording you give us an email address. We check with Reoon, an email verification service, that the address can receive mail, and we use it only to tell you about the next training. Three things happen in the background:
Hosting and analytics. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to deliver it. We measure visits with PostHog, an analytics service: the pages viewed, how long each page is in active use, the site that sent you, and your browser and device type. It sets no cookies and makes no recording of your screen; a random visit id stays in your browser tab and is gone when you close it. We see visit statistics in aggregate. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.
Fonts. The site's typefaces are served from this website itself. Your browser makes no request to Google Fonts or any other font service to display them.
Booking. The "Book a free 30-minute consultation" button takes you to Cal.com, a scheduling service. Anything you enter there (name, email, notes) is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, and the booking details are shared with us so we can run the call.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to work together and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
How we use it. To operate the site, respond to you, prepare for and run consultations, and understand in aggregate how the site is used. We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold it in the past 12 months.
Sharing. Only with the service providers named above, and where the law requires it.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our processing of your personal information. Email info@realizationpartners.ai and we will handle it. California residents: the "we do not sell" statement above is our CCPA notice; you also have the right to know and the right to delete.
Where processing happens. We operate from Portugal and serve clients in the United States. The providers above process data in the US and the EU.
Children. This site is for law firm decision-makers and is not directed to anyone under 16.
Changes. If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
