Alejo is the Chief AI Officer at Realization Partners, a profitability consultancy for US law firms. He finds where a firm leaks money and time (tech spend, intake, billing and time capture, unpaid invoices) and seals the biggest leak first.

The most successful system he built added $3.5M of profit a year to a personal injury firm with more than 100 attorneys, reached in 8 months, against $105,000 invested. The firm now runs and extends it without him.
