Paige Pijuan

Paige is the Chief Operations Officer at Realization Partners. She runs the engagement: the plan, the training for every role at the firm, and the follow-through that makes a fix hold after we leave.

Before Realization Partners she built a $500K business with Alejo, with no investors, and taught 2,400 people in a paid online community how to build and sell AI systems.

Before that she led leadership and life-skills programs for more than 10,000 students across 12 countries, and holds an M.A. in Peace and Justice Studies from the University of San Diego. Training people until a new way of working sticks is the part of this job she has done longest.

She works from Lisbon on US hours, and is on every client firm together with Alejo.
